Requesting you to kindly remove this from your portal at the earliest as the actress herself doesn’t want it to be there. The original photoshoot had been posted by Maxim India, which has already been removed from their end.

Thus, this is an official notification seeking removal of the photos from the website and any other webpages on which such photos are shared.
We request you to remove the said content with immediate effect and cease from posting any such content or material in future. Further, displaying such photos at your website is serious offence as per the Cyber Laws, Indian Copyright Act, Indian Trade Mark Act, Criminal Laws of India and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. And thus, is punishable by law and we are entitled to both, civil and criminal action, against you.
We are providing this notice in good faith and with the reasonable belief that you will take necessary steps immediately.
