Gehana Vasisth has worked in many commercials such as Philips, Chevrolet, Dream stone Jewellery, Palak Sarees and many more. She was an anchor in Sahara One Television Channel and later did a lead role in the TV serial Behenein on Star Plus and also appeared on True Life show on MTV. She made her Bollywood movie debut with Filmi Duniya and later made her Telugu movie debut in Operation Duryodhana in a minor role. She is currently filming for the Telugu movies Anakunnadi Okkathi Ayyindi Okkathi, Namasthe, 33 Prema Kathalu, Aidu 5, Preminchu Pilladu, and Btech Love Story
